REFUND METHOD

After using costume in Animation Festival or individual photo shooting may not be refund.
If you want money refund, pls check below process first and contact us with CS board within 3days after receiving item.

Money refund will be finished 7-14days after receiving item at ALICEEVE.
Exact refund date can be different with paypal rule.

After using costume in Animation festival or individual photo shooting may not be exchange and money refund.

1. Refund process

1) Submit information on 1:1 CS board within 3days after receiving item. 
2) Transit shipping fee
3) After comfirmation of registration on 1:1 CS board, Send previous item to ALICEEVE within 48 hours(Shipping fee must pay the bill up front)
4) After receiving previous item at ALICEEVE, check condition and Tag
5) Refund money (It can be take few more days due to Paypal system)

2. Below case, may not be Money Refund

1) After removing Tag on item
2) If there is damage on item
